Reservations 7 days or over require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged for the nights booked.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date, you will be responsible for the nights booked (no exceptions). However, if we are able to re-book the nights you cancelled, or a portion of your booked reservation with us, you will be responsible only for the unbooked portion of your cancellation. For instance, if you reserved 5 nights, and cancelled those 5 nights (14 days or less before your arrival date), and we managed to rebook 3 of your cancelled nights, you are responsible for the leftover 2 nights of your cancelled reservation.

On site Spa services
During your stay at Evergreen Hall you may also want to include on site spa services. Enjoy a massage, pedicure, manicure, etc. at the cottage, for yourself or a small group arranged by appointment through Melodie's mobile spa service (Certified Licensed Esthetician). Guest pick-up for walk on passengers is available upon request.
